    Jeff Staton currently serves as the Executive Director for HR at REG in Ames.  He has 28 years of experience in HR ranging from Construction Industry, Agriculture & Food to Energy.  Jeff’s presentation will take a whimsical look at Conference HR (as conference speakers & consultants convey it) compared to real life challenges in HR he has faced.  He shares how his childhood as the son of a football coach has shaped his HR career…….and challenge you to understand how your personal experiences have shaped your HR career.
