This session is designed to re-invigorate and engage individuals by boosting personal accountability in an entertaining and easy-to-apply way. Take a closer look at some common needs we all have at work in order to stay actively engaged and explore what being engaged and motivated means for you as an individual. Using group discussions and activities, your expert facilitator will explore simple ways you can be both encountered and empowered to recognize and fill the void, to seek out – and be – what’s missing.

We’ll highlight what motivates individuals, based on Daniel Pink’s Drive, complemented by an analysis of Gallup research around employee engagement, with opportunities for participants to take a step back and apply the ideas back to what they’re doing at their desk. “Aha!” moments, levity, brainstorming and collaboration, time for self-reflection, as well as action-item prioritization are all in store.

By attending this course, participants will:
    • Connect the engagement level of employees to the performance of the team
    • Identify what’s missing within your own engagement and those around you
    • Encounter a simple model that enables one person to be impactful on increasing engagements
