Speaker: Kelly Grapler
Kelly is currently Iowa SHRM Certification Director, she also is the Deputy CEO of the Iowa Lakes Regional Water (a not for profit company) and has twenty years of experience in this industry. She holds a BA in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Buena Vista. She also chairs on the Northwest Iowa/Southern Minnesota SHRM Chapter.
