    In this session we look at what you have for a current compensation structure and if it is easy to explain and if it is being used. We look at 3 different types of structures: job ranking, Market-pricing and Point Factor Analysis.

    We then look at places to find Salary and Wage data ensuring we are finding correct data and the legal Compliance Issues surrounding that data. Also looking at how that data should be collected and reported as stated by FTC and DOJ.
