Research in the field of positive psychology in the last 10 years has demonstrated that employees are happier at work, are better at keeping their jobs, show as much as 31% higher productivity, are more resilient and suffer less burnout resulting in lower turnover.  Tools and techniques will be shared to help managers create a positive work culture, to train the brain to be more positive and how to effectively manage the ripple effect of negativity.
